A Richland High School alumnus, Dr. Nikhil Malhan brings advanced endodontic expertise and a deep passion for dental education back to the Tri-Cities. After earning his dental degree from Boston University and a master’s in Endodontics from the University of the Pacific, he became board-certified with a focus on microsurgical techniques and restorative preservation.
Known for his precision and calm chairside manner, Dr. Malhan collaborates closely with general dentists to deliver patient-centered, long-term care. Beyond his practice, he teaches at the University of Washington and will join Pacific Northwest University’s faculty in 2026. He also leads surgical training in Guatemala and speaks internationally, including at the AAE Annual Conference.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Malhan enjoys traveling, snowboarding, swimming, cooking, and discovering new restaurants.
